Hello! Welcome to my website! My name is Boo Ludlow and I am an author of soon-to-be-published fantasy and science fiction novels. This website will grow as needed to serve those ends, but right now it will primarily serve as a place to post updates. I also write TTRPG material, which will get a mention here when relevant, although that’s not nearly as much of a focus.

… BECAUSE I’VE SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST: February, 2023, The Failed Technomancer will be published! The exact date in February is TBD. As for the formats, the book will be published in ebook and, hopefully, audiobook format with print-on-demand options available.

Here’s a quick summary:

In the far future, rozies—insane, flesh-hungry androids with human brains—have destroyed civilization. Technomancers, humans who command computers and rozies with their minds, stand between the remnants of humanity and annihilation.

Unfortunately for 64Bit, a technomancer acolyte, he has never been able to command anything with his mind, much less drive hungry and homicidal rozies away from his home. To make things worse, his master’s youngest acolyte, Cortex, takes naturally to nearly every aspect of technomancy, which 64Bit feels constantly flaps his failures in his face. So when a lab explosion puts his master in a coma and leaves 64Bit in charge of the safety of his settlement, he picks the worst option available to him and pretends to be a fully capable technomancer, hoping to hold everything together just long enough until his master wakes up.

Little does he know that much scarier things than mindless rozies lurk in the woods outside the walls of his settlement…
