Inner Demon

As of this morning I have completed editing all the way through chapter 19 (of 34)! We are over 50% and cruising along nicely.

I did just realize that I must be counting my Monday editing some weeks and not counting it other weeks, because I reported editing through chapter 15 last week, and I’ve edited every work day since then, but 16–19 is not five chapters. Dang numbers looking weird!

Projects Round-Up

Things have not changed from last week, by and large. Work picking up steam and taking more of my time is great for financial stability, but for the context of this blog it wasn’t great for projects that are second to my main focus (novels, novels, novels).

That said, on the topic of hardcovers for Failed Technomancer, I have received an email from my artist with a revised cover, so hopefully I have positive news regarding the availability of a hardcover novel next week.

Also all that being said, I have largely completed revisions and updates to my Third Realm worldbible, which means Old Lace and Hairballs can bump up from tier-3 priority to tier-2. I’m also receiving feedback on the first 2000 words of that story from my writing group tomorrow, which I generally find very motivating, which means a pick up in pace is likely from the standpoint of priorities, internal motivation, and external motivation.
